内埋空间钢构架方形钢管混凝土组合短柱--偏心受压性能有限元分析

摘要 为了改善方形钢管混凝土柱的受压性能,在方形钢管混凝土柱中内埋空间钢构架形成空间钢构架-方形钢管混凝土组合柱。这种新型的组合柱具有空间钢构架约束核心混凝土和方形钢管约束空间钢构架外混凝土的双重约束作用,能够有效地改善这种新型组合柱的受压性能和变形能力。为了进一步研究这种新型组合短柱的偏心受压性能,在试验的基础上,本文采用了ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立了该组合短柱的有限元模型。在验证了模型的准确性后,以方钢管的套箍指标、空间钢构架的约束影响系数、偏心距为参数,对该组合短柱模拟分析。结果表明:方钢管的套箍指标是影响该组合短柱承载力的重要参数。且该组合短柱在大偏心受压时参数的改变对承载力的影响更大。 In order to improve the compression performance of concrete-filled square steel tube columns,a spatial steel frame-square steel tube concrete composite column is formed by burying spatial steel frame in concrete-filled square steel tube columns.This new type of composite column has the dual restraint function of the confined core concrete of the spatial steel frame and the concrete outside the confined spatial steel frame of the square steel tube,which can effectively improve the compression performance and deformation ability of the new type of composite column.In order to further study the eccentric compression property of the eccentric bearing capacity of the new composite column,the ABAQUS finite element analysis of the eccentric bearing capacity is established on the basis of experimental research.After verifying the accuracy of the model,the composite column was simulated and analyzed by considering parameters such as the hoop index of square steel tube,the restraint influence coefficient of spatial steel frame and eccentricity.The results show that:the hoop index of square steel tube and eccentricity are important parameters affecting the bearing capacity of the composite short column.Moreover,the parameters change of large eccentric pressure have more influence than that of small eccentric pressure.
