加盖鱼雷罐的铁水温降分析 被引量:8

摘要 以装载260t铁水的鱼雷罐为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立二维传热数学模型,考虑罐体物性参数随温度变化的非线性、辐射的非线性等因素,模拟实际生产状况下鱼雷罐罐体、罐壳及铁水的温度场,分析了加盖对鱼雷罐内衬和外壳温度随时间的变化关系及铁水温降的影响。结果表明:加盖可明显降低罐体内衬及铁水的温降速率,温度下降幅度随时间的延长越来越小;无盖情况下,空罐时间每减少1h,铁水温降会相应平均减少4.2℃,而重罐时间每减少1h,铁水温降会相应平均减少19℃,加盖后空罐时间每减少1h,铁水温降相应平均减少3.1℃,重罐时间每减少1h,铁水温降相应平均减少16.8℃;加盖后每小时的铁水温度会比无盖铁水高1.1~2.2℃,空罐8h重罐5h后加盖铁水温度比无盖铁水高19.4℃。 Taking a torpedo car with 260 t molten irons as the research object,a two-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model was established with the ANSYS software to simulate the temperature field of the inner lining,car shell and molten iron under the actual production conditions and analyze the effects of lid on the temperature field of inner lining,car shell and molten iron of torpedo car.The results show that the lid can significantly decrease the temperature drop rate of inner lining and molten irons,and the increment value of temperature drop decrease with time.Under the condition of torpedo car without lids,the temperature drop of molten irons will decrease by 4.2℃for every one hour decrease in empty tank time,and decrease by 19℃for every one hour decrease in heavy tank time,respectively.However,after adding the lids,the temperature drop of molten irons will decrease by 3.1℃for every one hour decrease in empty tank time,and decrease by 16.8℃for every one hour decrease in heavy tank time,respectively.The temperature of molten irons of the torpedo car with lids per hour will be 1.1~2.2℃higher than that of torpedo car without lids.The temperature of molten irons of the torpedo car with lids is 19.4℃higher than that without lids when the torpedo car is waiting for 8 h in empty tank time and sequential 5h in heavy tank time.
