摘要
我国是农业大国,近年来农业科技发展迅速,高地隙喷雾机因其高效节能、省时省力等优点逐渐被广泛应用。目前,我国仍需要大量劳动力来驾驶喷雾机,驾驶期间也并未将人与机器分离,导致农药对人体造成的直接伤害不可小觑。自动导航驾驶不需要人为驾驶,将人与喷雾机分离,节省了劳动力又保障了人身安全。为此,研究了一种高地隙喷雾机自动导航驾驶人机交互管理系统,旨在实现上位机软件与下位机实时通信,控制下位机实现自动导航,同时协助下位机实现喷药作业。高地隙喷雾机自动导航驾驶管理系统具有自动备份车辆配置和作业记录的功能,能够在喷药结束后查看作业数据,以方便后期导航控制算法的优化与改进。
China is a large agricultural country.In recent years,with the rapid development of agricultural science and technology,the high-clearance sprayer has been widely used for the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,time saving and labor saving.But our country still needs a lot of labor force to drive the sprayer.During the period of driving,it has not separated human from machine,which causes the direct harm of pesticide to human body and that can’t be underestimated.Automatic navigation does not require human to drive,separating people from sprayers,which saves labor and ensures personal safety.Generally speaking,automatic navigation driving system includes navigation controller and human-computer interaction management system.In this paper,a human-machine interaction management system for automatic navigation and navigation of high-clearance sprayer is studied.The purpose is to realize real-time communication between upper computer software and lower machine,control the lower machine to realize automatic navigation,and assist the lower machine to realize spraying operation at the same time.The automatic navigation and driving management system of high-clearance sprayer has the function of automatic backup of vehicle configuration and operation record,and can check operation data after spraying,and also is convenient to optimize and improve the algorithm of navigation control at later stage.
