摘要
为改进航站楼商业布局,引入了旅客购物满意度作为重要的评价指标,在改进的人类行为动力学基础上,引入了旅客社会属性、现实时间、购物后对同类商铺的影响等因素,对机场商业布局中同类商铺的集中性进行了精细仿真研究,并探索了不同商业布局对各类型商铺的影响因素。仿真结果表明,同类商铺之间的集中性和旅客的平均购物满意度具有非线性关系并存在极值,过度集中和过度分散都对旅客购买产生负面影响;大多数商铺更适合分散性布局,但正餐类商铺更适合集中型布局。研究对机场的商业布局提出了新的评价指标,进一步完善了机场航站楼的精细仿真工作,对机场的商业布局策略具有指导意义。
In order to improve the commercial layout of the terminal,this paper introduced passenger shopping satisfaction as a vital evaluation indicator.Passenger social attributes,real time,and impact on similar shops after shopping were included to conduct a detailed simulation to study the concentration of similar shops in the airport business layout based on improved human behaviour dynamics,and explored influencing factors of different business layouts on various types of shops.Simulation results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between the concentration of similar stores and the average shopping satisfaction of passengers,and there is an extreme value.Both excessive concentration and excessive dispersion have a negative impact on passenger purchases;most shops are more suitable for decentralized layouts,but dinner shops are more suitable for centralized layout.This study proposes new evaluation indicators for the commercial layout of the airport,and further improves the fine simulation of the airport terminal,which has a guiding significance for the commercial layout strategy of the airport.
