社会经济地位与政府生活保障责任态度研究——基于CGSS2015老年人样本数据的分析

Research on Socioeconomic Status and Government’s Responsibility to Livelihood Guarantee--A CGSS2015-based Sample Data Analysis of the Elderly

本文利用2015年中国综合社会调查(CGSS)中老年人样本数据,运用ologit回归模型分析了社会经济地位对政府生活保障责任态度的影响。研究发现:(1)老年人普遍认同政府应该承担生活保障责任,不同社会经济地位的老年人所持的态度没有显著差异;(2)不同社会经济地位的老年人对政府履行生活保障责任的满意程度存在显著差异,表现为社会经济地位较高和社会经济地位有所上升的老年人,对政府履行生活保障责任的满意程度较高。基于此,当前政府保障老年人基本生活的工作重点,应为进一步完善基本养老、医疗卫生制度,并继续鼓励家庭成员对老年人提供经济支持,以切实保障老年人基本生活。

Using the elderly sample data in the 2015 Chinese General Social Survey Database(CGSS),this paper applied the Ologit regression model and analyzed influences of socioeconomic statuses on the government’s attitudes to its livelihood guarantee responsibility.Results indicated that:(1)The elderly generally agree that the government should shoulder the livelihood guarantee responsibility,and there are no significant attitude differences among elderly groups with different socioeconomic statuses.(2)There are obvious differences of satisfaction to the government’s livelihood guarantee responsibilities among senior citizens with different socioeconomic statuses.More specifically,the higher their socioeconomic statuses and status improvements,the higher their satisfaction with the government’s livelihood guarantee responsibility.Based on this,priorities in the government’s basic elderly survival guarantee should be laid on further improvements of basic pension and medical care systems.The government should continue to consolidate and improve family economic support for the elderly,so as to ensure their basic livelihood.
