摘要
文中采用Ansys Workbench有限元软件建立了800 kV盆式绝缘子O形密封圈轴对称分析模型,对盆式绝缘子与罐体法兰在装配和充入气体过程中O形密封圈的变形和受力情况进行了分析研究。分析计算了O形圈压缩率、气体压力载荷对接触面最大接触压力和槽口最大剪切应力的影响,同时得到了不同压缩率和载荷下的应力应变云图。计算结果表明:密封圈压缩率介于16%~19%,气体压力载荷不大于3 MPa时,800kV GIS盆式绝缘子O形密封圈能起到较好的密封效果。通过对密封结构的有限元分析,为密封件的设计、安装、优化、可靠性分析提供了重要的参考价值。
In this paper,the finite element software Ansys Workbench is used to set up the axial symmetrical analysis model of "O" ring of 800 kV insulating spacer.The deformation and stress of O-ring in the assembly and gas filling period of the insulating spacer and enclosure flange are analyzed and studied.The influence of compression rate of "O" ring and gas pressure load on the maximum contact pressure of the contacting surface and the maximum shearing stress of the groove are analyzed and calculated and,at the same time,the stress and strain contours are obtained under different compression ratio and load.It is shown by the calculation result that when the compression ratio of the sealing ring is between 16% and 19% and the gas pressure load is no more than 3 MPa,the "O" ring of 800 kV GIS insulating spacer has better sealing effect.The definite element analysis of the sealing structure provides important reference for the design,installation,optimization and reliability analysis of the seals.
