CK-MB、cTnI、MYO与BNP联合检测在早期急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌红蛋白(MYO)与脑钠肽(BNP)联合检测在早期急性心肌梗死诊断中的应用价值。方法选取苏州市中西医结合医院2018年5月至2020年5月收治的80例急性心肌梗死患者(心梗组)与80例健康体检者(健康对照组)作为研究对象,均接受实验室检查进行前瞻性研究。比较两组研究对象单项CK-MB、c TnI、MYO及BNP水平;比较两组研究对象单项检测、联合检测的阳性率,单项检测与联合检测诊断心肌梗死的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值。结果心梗组患者血清CK-MB、c Tn I、MYO、BNP水平均高于健康对照组;心梗组患者血清CK-MB、cTnI、MYO、BNP联合检测的阳性率高于任一指标单项检测,且心梗组单项检测与联合检测的阳性率均高于健康对照组;与单项指标检测相比,CK-MB、c Tn I、MYO及BNP联合检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值均较高(均P<0.05)。结论 CK-MB、cTnI、MYO与BNP联合检测可提高急性心肌梗死的检出率,诊断价值较高,有助于急性心肌梗死患者的早期诊断与治疗。
