摘要 以耐水淹能力较强的香樟种子消毒萌发无菌苗幼嫩茎段为试验材料,通过不同激素配比筛选出适宜其芽诱导、芽增殖、生根的培养基。芽增殖和芽生根培养过程中出现褐化现象,通过试验筛选出适量浓度的活性炭,降低试验材料褐化的产生,提高再生效率。结果表明,最适宜芽诱导培养基为MS+1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA;最适宜芽增殖培养基为MS+3 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+2 g/L AC;最适宜芽生根培养基为1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.3 mg/L NAA+2 g/L AC。 In this paper,young tender stem segments of aseptic seedlings developed from disinfected seeds of water-tolerant Cinnamomum camphora were used as the test materials and culture mediums suitable for the bud induction,bud multiplication and rooting of the segments were screened out using different ratio combinations of various hormones.Browning appeared during the bud multiplication and bud rooting and an appropriate concentration of active carbon was screened out to reduce the browning of the test materials and improve the regeneration efficiency.The results showed that the most suitable culture medium for bud induction is MS+1 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA;the most suitable culture medium for bud multiplication is MS+3 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA+2 g/L AC;the most suitable culture medium for bud rooting is 1/2MS+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.3 mg/L NAA+2 g/L AC.
