世界因为疫情而出现各种各样的局部停滞,但时间从不等人。无论如何,一切都还要前进,而不可能止步不前,比如世界经济、政治活动,和教育交流。然而,人们交流的工具和模式却不可避免地出现了变化。在这个过程中,出现了不少矛盾与问题。聊天时背景的失误、远程线上开会的信号中断,乃至居家办公的时间颠倒,只是一些疫情期间不得不克服的无伤大雅的不便之处;而有些事情则不尽然,因为它们真的会影响人们的身体健康和生命安全,比如校园里的教学与各项活动。
The world has experienced various local stagnations due to COVID-19,but time never waits for anyone.In any case,everything needs to move forward,and cannot be stopped,such as the world's economic,political activities,and educational exchanges.However,the tools and modes of communication have inevitably changed.In the first month of 2021,the US epidemic has not ushered in signs of a turning point,but the spring semester is approaching and there is not much time left for universities to make decisions.
