低截取比CPC空气集热器及其性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为实现太阳能空气集热器的高效利用,设计了一种采用低截取比CPC作为聚光器的空气集热器.基于晴天和多云工况下对该CPC空气集热器的热性能进行测试.结果表明,在晴天无云的天气条件下,集热器最大出口温度可达200℃,平均集热效率达到0.3;在多云天气下,集热器最大出口温度达到170℃,CPC集热器表现出良好的集热性能.通过计算发现降低截取比对聚光比影响甚微,但可有效减少CPC反射板材料从而降低成本. In order to realize the efficient use of solar air collectors,this paper designed an air collector with low intercept ratio CPC.The thermal performance of CPC air collector were tested based on sunny and cloudy conditions.The results showed,in sunny and cloudless weather conditions,the maximum outlet temperature of CPC air could reach 200℃,and the average heat collection efficiency could reach 0.3.In cloudy weather,the maximum outlet temperature of the collector reached 170℃.CPC collectors showed good heat collection performance.Through the calculation of interception ratio,lowering the intercept ratio had little effect on the concentration ratio,but it could effectively reduce the consumption of CPC reflector materials.
