茶叶中21种农药残留量的QuEChERS-气相色谱-串联质谱法测定 被引量:3

Determination of 21 Pesticide Residues in Tea by QuEChERS-gas Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 建立气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法测定茶叶中21种农药残留的检测方法,内标法定量.茶叶样品经过QuEChERS前处理,经提取、净化、浓缩并定容至1 mL后,采用GC-MS/MS分析检测.结果表明,茶叶中21种农药在质量浓度为0.05~1.00 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2>0.998;在空白茶叶样品中添加0.20、0.50 mg/kg和0.80 mg/kg的3个水平混合农药标准品,通过加标回收率和精密度验证该方法的科学性,其加标平均回收率为83.59%~95.01%,精密度为2.293%~9.412%,方法检出限为0.0011~0.0211 mg/kg;各参数均符合GB/T 27404-2008《实验室质量控制范围食品理化检测》相应参数要求,表明该方法科学可行. A gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)method was established for the determination of 21 pesticide residues in tea,and the internal standard method was used for quantification.The tea samples were pre-treated by QuEChERS,extracted,purified,concentrated,and the volume was adjusted to 1 mL,and then analyzed and detected by GC-MS/MS.The results show that the 21 pesticides in tea have a good linear relationship within the mass concentration range of 0.05 to 1.00 mg/kg,and the correlation coefficient R 2>0.998;The 3 levels of mixed pesticide standards of 0.20,0.50 mg/kg and 0.80 mg/kg were added to blank tea samples.The scientificity of the method was verified by the recovery rate and precision of the standard addition.The average recovery rate of the standard addition was 83.59%~95.01%,and the precision was 2.293%~9.412%.The limit is 0.0011~0.0211 mg/kg.All parameters meet the corresponding parameter requirements of GB/T 27404-2008"Laboratory Quality Control Range Food Physical and Chemical Testing",indicating that the method is scientific and feasible;At the same time,the method is fast,sensitive,and quantitatively accurate.
