摘要
骨软骨组织是由软骨和骨骼两个明显不同组织构成的界面组织,这两种组织的化学成分、微观结构、机械特征、生物电学特征以及生理代谢存在差异。鉴于从关节软骨表面到软骨下骨存在多种梯度变化,本文通过对这些梯度变化充分研究,可以寻求同时再生软骨和软骨下骨的界面组织工程方法。本文旨在研究骨软骨组织从关节软骨表面到软骨下骨的化学成分、微观结构、机械特征、生物电学特征以及生理代谢变化。
Osteochondral tissue is aninterface tissue engineering composed of two distinctly different tissues which are cartilage and bone.These two tissues differ from micro and macro gave the chemical composition,microstructure,mechanical characteristics,bioelectrical characteristics,and physiological metabolism.Given the multiple gradient changes from the articular cartilage surface to the subchondral bone,by fully studying these gradient changes,this review may seek an interface tissue engineering method for simultaneously regenerating cartilage and subchondral bone.The purpose of this review was to analyzes these two tissues on the characteristics from the surface of articular cartilage to subchondral bone such as the chemical composition,microstructure mechanical characteristics,bioelectrical characteristics,and physiological metabolism.
