摘要
不可修复肩袖撕裂(IRCTs)是导致肩袖撕裂关节病(CTA)发生的重要病因,临床上暂无治疗公认的IRCTs的金标准疗法。肩峰下球囊占位器(ISB)的临床运用可以临时恢复肩关节生物运动力学稳定,并取得短期良好的临床效果。然而,其中涉及的生物力学机制仍然未被明确阐明;此外,ISB的生物降解速度快,由此导致的肩峰间隔的持续丢失可能影响长期的临床效果。为此,本文旨在对回顾与综述有关ISB最新生物力学研究进展,望为今后ISB的改进提供便利。
Irreparable rotator cuff tears(IRCTs)could result in cuff tear arthropathy(CTA).Currently,there is no gold standard treatment for IRCTs.The subacromial balloon spacer(InSpace Balloon-ISB)can serve as an effectiveoption to treat IRCTs by reporting beneficial effects on shoulder kinematics and short-term clinical outcomes.However,the biomechanical mechanisms involved in ISB treating IRCTs are still not clear.In addition,the rapid degradation and thereby continuous loss of acromion interval may affects the long-term clinical outcomes.This article aimed to review the latest biomechanical researches of ISB,which might provides the cutting-edge informations of ISB for treating IRCTs.
