下肢不等长患者的3D打印矫形鞋垫的设计与应用 被引量:5

摘要 为满足下肢不等长患者的功能障碍康复需求,弥补传统矫形鞋垫的缺陷,我们使用3D打印技术进行了新型鞋垫的设计、加工及应用测试。从患者信息采集、3D打印材料选择、鞋垫设计、网格结构、3D打印机参数设置等整个流程上进行了探索和优化,并在临床上为患者进行适配测试,结果表明3D打印鞋垫可以提高患者的肢体功能和社会参与能力。 In order to meet the rehabilitation needs of patients with leg length discrepancy and make up for the defects of traditional orthopedic insoles,we designed,processed and tested a new insole with 3D printing technology.We explored and optimized the whole process of patient information collection,3D printing material selection,insole design,grid structure,3D printer parameter setting,and carried out adaptation test for patients in clinic.The results show that 3D printing insoles can improve patients’limb function and social participation.
