复兴论——实践新时代中华民族伟大复兴的中国逻辑

Theory of Renaissance--Practicing the Chinese Logic of the Great Rejuvenation of China in the New Era

全面建设社会主义现代化国家,推进社会主义现代化强国建设进程,实现中华民族伟大复兴,是中国特色社会主义进入新时代要解决的重大时代课题。这就要求我们要探索复兴之源,把握复兴之时,走好复兴之路。实现中华民族伟大复兴,不仅要重视孕育于中华优秀传统文化基因中的“兴”“复”理念,考察“兴”“复”的中国实践,从中华民族的文明进程中寻找复兴之源,还要把伟大复兴放在全球大国崛起的背景和千年、百年两个“未有之大变局”中来思考。中华民族伟大复兴是政治、经济、军事和文化等领域的全面复兴,更是民族精神和中华文明的复兴。实现中华民族伟大复兴,在现代化进程中走好复兴之路,要求我们高度重视和发展当代中国马克思主义、21世纪马克思主义;推进践行“四个伟大”治国理政方针;把全体人民共同富裕摆在更加重要的位置;正视“风险社会”,统筹发展和安全的关系;积极参与全球治理,着力构建人类命运共同体。

Major issues that must be resolved in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics include the construction and promotion of a modern socialist country,and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which requires us to explore the source,grasp the time,and take the right road.Therefore,the concept of“Rise”and“Rejuvenation”conceived in the genes of excellent Chinese traditional culture should be given great significant,the Chinese practice of“Rise”and“Rejuvenation”should be examined,and the source of“Rejuvenation”should be sought from the civilization process of the Chinese nation.Furthermore,it is necessary to put the thought of the great revival in the context of the rise of global powers and the two unprecedented changes in the millennium and the century.This is not only a comprehensive rejuvenation in the political,economic,military,cultural and other fields,but also the revival of the national spirit and Chinese civilization.To achieve this,we must attach great importance to and develop contemporary Chinese Marxism and 21st-century Marxism,promote the implementation of the“Four Great”principles of state governance,put the prosperity of all people in a more important position,face up to the“risk society”and coordinate the development of a secure relationship,actively participate in global governance and strive to build a community with a shared future for mankind.
