中国城乡关系经历几番变化,不断重塑,城乡政策几经调整,在这不断调整的关系背后蕴含着党要解决好城乡和谐发展问题的决心。我国的城乡关系经历数个不同阶段,逐渐由低水平均衡转变到失衡,要实现城乡高水平的均衡发展,就要解决中国城镇与乡村的空间合理关系问题、城镇产业与乡村产业有效联动的内在驱动力和影响力问题、“市民化”和“村民化”中转移人口有效融合等难题。总结我国城乡关系发展的特点,以城乡经济发展实践的创新推动城乡发展理论的创新,构建体现本土化的城乡融合发展理论,强化我国城乡发展中理论的薄弱环节,指导并解决我国城乡融合发展理论的实际难题,努力实现城乡均衡发展。
