Value and Path:building a community of shared future for epidemic prevention and control

面对新型冠状病毒肺炎的突袭,尽管全球在抗疫起初表现出正反两种态度和行为,但世界各国伴随抗疫实践的深入而对珍爱健康、休戚与共、合作共赢等全球治理理念作了深度反省和逐渐共识,进一步表明筑牢疫情防控命运共同体是历史的必然、国际的呼声。从时代价值来讲,筑牢疫情防控命运共同体进一步加强了人与自然和谐共生的自然命运共同体意识,夯实了团结统一的民族命运共同体,推动了人类命运共同体的新高度。从实践路径来讲,要树立人民群众战疫胜利信心,筑牢人民群众抗疫共同体;完善疫情防控的制度机制,提升政府公共卫生治理能力;加强疫情防控国际合作,推进人类健康命运共同体。

In the face of the raid of COVID-19,although the whole world showed positive and negative attitudes and behaviors at the beginning,with the deepening of the fight against the epidemic,countries around the world made deep reflection and gradually reached consensus on the global govern-ance concepts such as cherishing health,sharing weal and woe,and win-win cooperation,which have further demonstrated that building a community of shared future for epidemic prevention and control is an inevitable and international call in history.In terms of the value of the time,building a community of shared future for epidemic prevention and control has further strengthened the awareness of a com-munity of shared future where people and nature live in harmony,consolidated a united community of shared future for all nations,and promoted a community of shared future for mankind to a new height.From the perspective of practice,we should build the people's confidence in the victory of the fight a-gainst epidemic and strengthen the community of people against the epidemic.Improving the system and mechanism of epidemic prevention and control,and enhancing the public health governance capacity of the government,we will strengthen international cooperation in epidemic prevention and control,and advance a community of shared future for human health.
