西藏党校(行政学院)系统教师队伍建设路径探析

党校(行政学院)作为党培训各级领导干部的主渠道和党的思想理论建设重要阵地,人才队伍建设是党校(行政学院)事业发展的关键,重点是教师队伍建设。加强西藏党校(行政学院)系统专职教师队伍建设具有十分重要的意义。笔者对西藏党校(行政学院)系统专职教师队伍建设情况展开了深入调研,就存在的共性问题进行了梳理归纳,从人才引进办法、职称评聘制度、教学科研咨政水平提升、专职教师队伍管理等维度提出加强专职教师队伍建设的基本路径。

The Party School(School of Administration)is the main channel for the Party to train leading cadres at all levels and an important position for the ideological and theoretical construction of the Party.The construction of talent team is significant to the development of the Party School(School of Administration),while the key point is to construct the teacher team.It is of great significance to strengthen the construction of a full-time teacher team in the Party School of Tibet.The author has carried out an in-depth investigation on the construction of a full-time teacher team in the Party School(School of Administration)of Tibet,summarized the common problems,and put forward a basic path to strengthen the construction from the aspects of talent introduction,professional title e-valuation and employment system,improvement of teaching,scientific research,consulting and ad-ministration level,as well as management of full-time teachers..
