不同栽培环境对西藏马铃薯品种营养成分的影响

摘要 本文主要研究西藏红皮马铃薯在不同栽培环境中内部淀粉、氨基酸、类胡萝卜素、花青素等含量的变化和影响。通过试验发现,在不同栽培环境下,其内部淀粉、氨基酸、类胡萝卜素、花青素等含量指标存在明显差异。结果表明,在自然露天环境下的红皮马铃薯中的淀粉、花青素、胡萝卜素、氨基酸的含量更高,而在温室培养环境中,矿质元素的含量更高。 In the present paper,the contents of starch,amino acids,carotenoids and anthocyanins in Tibet red skin potato under different cultivation environments were studied.The results showed that the contents of starch,amino acids,carotenoids and anthocyanins were significantly different in different cultivation environments.The results showed that the contents of starch,anthocyanins,carotene and amino acids were higher in the natural open-air environment,and higher in the greenhouse culture environment.
