摘要
与常规的建筑工程相比,综合性交通枢纽工程多数具有规模大、高度高、造型异形、功能复杂、专业多等特点。文中充分分析湛江徐闻港南山客货滚装码头工程项目的重难点,提出与之对应的、切实可行的BIM技术应用策略,基于正向实施流程,从基础信息模型创建、BIM技术正向应用到基于BIM设计管理平台进行管控,务实地解决工程项目中的重难点,以期为项目按期、保质完成提供有利的技术支撑,达到降本增效的目的,也为后续其他综合性工程项目的BIM技术推广应用奠定基础。
Compared with the conventional construction projects,most of the comprehensive transportation hub projects have the characteristics of large scale,high height,irregular shape,complex functions and many specialties.This paper fully analyzes the key and difficult points of Nanshan ro/ro terminal project in Xuwen Port,Zhanjiang,and puts forward the corresponding and feasible BIM technology application strategy.Based on the forward implementation process,from the creation of basic information model and the forward application of BIM technology to the management and control based on BIM design management platform,the key and difficult points in the project are solved pragmatically,so as to provide favorable technical support for the project to be completed on schedule and with quality,to achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase,and laying the foundation for the promotion and application of BIM technology in other comprehensive engineering projects.
