摘要
钻井平台悬臂梁的传统安装方法费时费力,经济性差。文章介绍了大型钻井平台的悬臂梁与钻台、井架采用一体式平板滑移方式进行安装的方法,克服了大型浮吊分件吊装时安装不便、水上作业时间长、水上施工装备多、安装费用高等缺点,实现了悬臂梁、钻台、井架由传统的浮吊分件吊装安装方式向一体式平板滑移安装方式的重大转变。
The traditional installation method of cantilever beam of drilling platform is time-consuming and laborious with poor economy.We introduced the installation method of integral plate sliding method for cantilever beam,drill floor and derrick of large-scale drilling platform,which overcomes the disadvantages of inconvenient installation,long operation time on water,many construction equipment and high installation cost of large floating crane in separate hoisting,and realizes the significant transformation of cantilever beam,drill floor and derrick from traditional floating crane separate hoisting installation mode to integrated plate sliding installation mode.
