摘要
环境友好型污损释放型涂料存在静态防污效果不理想的技术瓶颈。本工作以具有代表性的硅烷偶联剂与三种不同尺度乙烯基不饱和含氟单体为原料,采用不同的聚合工艺,研究不同合成条件(反应温度、引发剂种类及用量)对聚合结果的影响规律,通过优化工艺制得数均分子量低于1000 Da且分布窄的氟硅低聚物。结合在线量热系统、拉曼光谱、红外光谱及在线红外技术分析等测试方法,分析含氟单体与硅烷偶联物的聚合过程。实验结果表明,该聚合反应通过消耗烯烃基团的自由基共聚反应获得功能低聚物,且反应放热集中于第一次滴加阶段。通过静态实海挂板测试,证明了氟硅低聚物的加入可以有效提高防污涂料的防污效果。
Ecofriendly fouling release coating has limited antifouling efficiency under static conditions.In this work,a representative silane coupling agent and three different types of vinyl unsaturated fluoromonomers were used as raw materials.We studied the influence of polymerization conditions(reaction temperature,the types and application amount of initiator)on the products by varying the polymerization process and obtained copolymers with the number average molecular weight of less than 1000 Da and a narrow distribution.On-line calorimetry system,Raman spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy,and online infrared technology were used to characterize the polymerization process.The experimental results show that the functional oligomer was obtained through the free radical copolymerization of the alkene group,and the exothermic reaction is concentra-ted in the first dripping stage.The attachment test of biofouling of sample plates in the sea proves that the addition of oligomer can effectively improve antifouling perfomance of the fouling release coating.
