摘要
随着研究生招生规模的持续扩大,研究生生源日益复杂,专业背景多样,研究基础各异,如何实施因材施教,将不同背景和基础的研究生培养成为优秀人才,成为我国人才培养的当务之急。为此,东南大学“电机与电力电子联盟”团队对研究生因材施教培养模式进行了长期的探索和实践,通过“精准识材”和“协同育才”,为每一位研究生制定个性化培养方案,形成了一套行之有效的研究生培养方法,取得了较为显著的成效。
With the expansion of postgraduate enrollment,the source of students becomes complicated,their professional abilities are different,and so are their research backgrounds.Therefore,how to supervise them in accordance with their aptitude and make them into excellent professionals is a critical challenge in China.JEMPEL,a research group with Southeast University,has carried out long-term exploration and practice on the cultivation mode for teaching postgraduates according to their aptitude and capacity.Based on“accurately identifying the aptitude of postgraduates”and“collaborative supervision”,the team design individualized training programs for each postgraduate and finds an effective postgraduate supervising method.The result turned out is remarkably effective.
