基于级数突变法的宁杭生态经济带绿色创新能力评价研究

A Research on the Evaluation of the Green Innovation Capability of Six Cities in Nanjing-Hangzhou Ecological-Economic Zone Based on Series Mutation Method

加快宁杭生态经济带建设,打造全国绿色发展增长极已成江浙两省共同目标。探寻提升该区域内城市绿色创新能力的对策,对宁杭生态经济带的可持续发展和区域协同发展具有重要意义。文章以宁杭生态经济带中6个城市的绿色创新能力为研究对象,构建宁杭生态经济带城市绿色创新能力多级评价指标体系,并运用级数突变法进行评价和分析。在此基础上,通过比较分析各城市绿色创新能力情况,提出了增强宁杭生态经济带绿色创新能力的对策和建议。

How to promote the development of Nanjing-Hangzhou Ecological-Economic Zone,to create a national green development growth pole is becoming the consensus of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.Exploring the countermeasures to enhance the green innovation ability of the cities is of great significance for the sustainable development of the Nanjing-Hangzhou Ecological-Economic Zone and the coordinated development of the region.Therefore,taking the green innovation capability of six cities in the Nanjing-Hangzhou Ecological-Economic Zone as the research object,the paper constructs a multi-level evaluation index system for the green innovation capability of cities in the Nanjing-Hangzhou Ecological-Economic Zone,and uses the series mutation method for evaluation and analysis.Based on this,through a comparative analysis of the green innovation capabilities of different cities,the countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the green innovation capability of the Nanjing-Hangzhou Ecological-Economic Zone are put forward.
