沥青混合料瞬态冲击波振动试验研究

摘要 采用瞬态冲击法测试了沥青混凝土混合料AC-13、沥青碎石混合料AM-13和排水沥青混合料OGFC-16在不同质量和自由落体高度条件下钢球冲击的瞬态冲击加速度(α),通过分析选取最优冲击荷载,并将α与沥青混合料的材料参数进行对比分析。结果表明,钢球的质量和自由落体高度对沥青混合料的冲击作用影响显著。钢球质量越大,自由落体高度越高,其对沥青混合料造成的α越大。α随着空隙率的增大而减小,随着密度、动弹性模量的增大而增大,且均存在较显著的线性相关。 The transient acceleration (α) of three different asphalt mixtures: asphalt concrete mixture AC-13, asphalt gravel AM-13 and drainage asphalt mixture OGFC-16 was measured by the transient impact method under the impact of steel ball with different mass and falling height. The optimal impact load is selected through analysis, and the material parameters of asphalt mixture andαwere compared and analyzed. The test results show that the weight and the falling height of the steel ball have obvious influence on the impact of the asphalt mixture. The larger the mass of steel ball is the higher the falling height is the greater theαcaused by steel ball to asphalt mixture isαdecreases with the increase of void fraction, increases with the increase of density and dynamic elasticity modulus, and all of them have obvious linear correlation.
