Economic Impact Analysis of Asphalt Mixture Mixing Cycle Based on Full Sample Data Collection

通过对沥青混合料拌和周期的全样本数据采集,计算沥青混合料的拌和周期和延长时间,提出了周期延长单位时间成本影响率的概念,对采集数据的对象工程进行了周期延长成本影响值分析,并计算施工成本增加值。同时分析影响拌和周期的因素,提出了周期优化和提升拌和周期经济性的方法。

By collecting the full samples during the asphalt mixture mixing cycle,the average mixing cycle and the average extension time are calculated,and the concept of cycle extension unit time cost impact rate is proposed.The analysis on cycle extension cost impact value towards the object project for collecting data is carried out,which is converted to the added value of construction cost.Meanwhile,the factors influencing the cycle are analyzed,and methods to optimize the cycle and improve the economy of the mixing process are given.
