Reading Notes on the New Amendment to Copyright Law:Two Reflections and One Proposal

批评最新修正《著作权法》将著作权客体类型法定修改为开放,评析向阅读障碍者提供无障碍格式作品之合理使用的优点与需要完善之处,建议立法机关在未来制定、修订法律、行政法规之时出具立法报告或者释法性规范文件。

This paper criticizes the latest amendment of the Chinese Copyright Law in changing legally identified categories of copyright subject object into open categories,and assesses the advantages and the need for improvement in the fair use of making available accessible formats of works for persons with print disability,and finally suggests that the Chinese Legislatures issue legislative reports or explanatory normative documents when enacting and revising laws and regulations in the future.
