古蔺县二郎镇“中国郎小镇”规划探析

An Analysis on the Planning of Erlang Town Well-known for "Chinese Lang Town" in Gulin County

为响应国家关于乡村振兴战略的重大部署,四川省以特色小镇为抓手,深入推进实施乡村振兴战略,并取得了良好的成效。古蔺县二郎镇乡村振兴规划以当地的酱酒产业为核心,积极打造"中国郎小镇",在系统分析二郎镇典型问题和核心优势的基础上,从四个方面提出了"中国郎小镇"规划路径:加快城乡融合发展,构筑镇村融合新格局;优化乡村生态环境,建设宜居乡村;补足农村基础设施短板,改善民生;构建现代化产业体系,推动乡村产业振兴。最终,实现了以特色小镇为引领的全域乡村振兴。

In response to the national major deployment of rural revitalization strategy,Sichuan Province takes characteristic towns as the starting point to further promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and has achieved good results.The village revitalization planning of Erlang town in Gulin county takes the local sauce and wine industry as the core,and actively builds "Chinese Lang Town".Based on the systematic analysis of typical problems and core advantages of Erlang town,the planning path of "Chinese Lang Town" is proposed from four aspects:accelerating the urban-rural integration development,and building a new pattern of town and village integration;Optimizing the rural ecological environment and building livable rural areas;making up for the weak links in rural infrastructure and improving people’s livelihood;Building a modern industrial system and promoting the revitalization of villages.Finally,the revitalization of the whole countryside led by the characteristic towns was realized.
