运用t检验分析平衡处理对人造板力学性能检测结果的影响

Investigate Effect of Conditioning Equalization Treatments on the Mechanical Properties’Test of Wood-based Panels Using Student’s t Test

运用t检验法,对比分析试件平衡处理对高密度纤维板和强化木地板静曲强度、内结合强度和表面胶合强度性能检测结果的影响。结果表明在试件厚度较大时,平衡处理对人造板力学性能测试结果有显著影响。其中,平衡处理对高密度纤维板试样的静曲强度、内结合强度和表面胶合强度的检测结果有显著影响,仅对于强化木地板的内结合强度检测结果有显著影响,其他性能影响不明显。

In order to investigate the effect of conditioning equalization treatments on the mechanical properties'test of wood-based panels,the student’s t-test method was used to analyze the difference between the test results of the mechanical properties of specimens treated by equalization treatment and those not treated equalization treatment.The results showed that there were significant differences between the mechanical properties of wood-based panels when the thickness of the samples was larger.And the MOR,IB and SS test results of HDF samples treated by equalization treatments showed more possible differences,while only the IB test results of the laminate flooring samples treated by equalization treatments showed significant differences with those not treated by equalization treatments.
