摘要
[目的]促进绿色优质富硒小麦生产技术应用与推广。[方法]以7个优质小麦品种和2种外源硒肥为研究对象,选择河南省环境质量较好的优质小麦生产区域开展大田富硒技术应用试验。[结果]在绿色、少硒或足硒土壤地区,未喷施外源硒的小麦籽粒硒含量偏低,均值为0.025~0.054 mg/kg;在小麦始花第10~15天,叶面喷施亚硒酸钠30 g/hm 21次,可获得小麦籽粒硒含量0.16~0.34 mg/kg的富硒小麦。[结论]该研究可为绿色优质富硒小麦生产提供参考。
[Objective]To promote the application and popularization of green,high-quality selenium-enriched wheat production technology.[Method]With 7 high-quality wheat varieties and 2 exogenous selenium fertilizers as the research objects,the high-quality wheat production areas with better environmental quality in Henan Province were selected to carry out field selenium enrichment technology application experiments.[Result]In green,low-selenium or sufficient selenium soil areas,the selenium content of wheat grains that were not sprayed with exogenous selenium was low,with an average value of 0.025-0.054 mg/kg;on the 10th to 15th day of the first flowering of wheat,30 g/hm 2 of sodium selenite was sprayed once on the leaves to obtain selenium-enriched wheat with a selenium content of 0.16-0.34 mg/kg in wheat grains.[Conclusion]This study can provide reference for the production of green high-quality selenium-enriched wheat.
