高油酸花生发展态势分析

Development Trend Analysis of Peanut with High Oleic Acid

普通花生油酸含量低、稳定性较差、不耐储藏,已经不能满足食用油及食品加工的要求。基于“农业专业知识服务系统”收录的资料文献,对文献的作者、机构以及关键词等方面进行梳理,分析了农业前沿领域高油酸花生的研究热点和趋势,发现国内农业科研领域高油酸花生研究主要集中在品种选育、推广种植、品种评价及营养保健、产品开发4个方面,并对其进行了分析,旨在为该领域的进一步研究提供参考。

Common peanut oil has the disadvantages of low oleic acid,poor stability and no resistance to storage,which could not meet the requirement of edible oil and food processing.In order to provide references for the further research on high oleic acid peanut in agricultural scientific research field,we studied the author,organization and key words of literature based on the document literature of agricultural professional knowledge service system,analyzed the research hotspots and trends high oleic acid peanut in agricultural frontier.It was found out that the researches on domestic agricultural research in the field of high oleic acid peanut were mainly focused on four aspects of variety breeding,promotion planting,product evaluation,variety evaluation and nutrition and health care.
