生姜药食两用,是治疗新冠肺炎(COVID-19)中医国家新处方《清肺排毒汤》的21味中药材之一。介绍了生姜的药用价值,研究涉及生姜的文化遗产类、创造类、标示类知识产权,分析生姜的无公害农产品认证、绿色食品认证、有机食品认证,并主要从知识产权、重要农业文化遗产、特色农产品优势区、农产品认证、农产品质量控制体系等方面,探讨乡村振兴战略与质量兴农战略下生姜的文化传承与科技创新以及高质发展策略。

Rhizoma zingiberis recens is both medicinal and edible,which is one of the 21 traditional Chinese medicines in Qingfei Paidu Decoction to treat COVID-19(Corona Virus Disease 2019)quickly and effectively.We introduced the medicinal value of rhizoma zingiberis recens,researched the intellectual property rights of marking-type,cultural heritage-type,creation-type involving zingiberis recens,and analyzed ginger’s pollution-free agricultural product certification,green food certification and organic food certification.Mainly based on intellectual property rights,important agricultural heritage systems,advantage area of characteristic agricultural products,agricultural product certification and agricultural product quality control system,we discussed the tactics for inheritance,innovation and high-quality development of the rhizoma zingiberis recens under the quality agriculture strategy and the rural revitalization strategy.
