摘要 开发了环保、高效和价格低廉的新型辉钼矿抑制剂——瓜尔豆胶,研究了该药剂对辉钼矿可浮性的影响及其作用机理。研究结果表明,瓜尔豆胶表面具有丰富的含氧官能团,能紧密吸附于辉钼矿表面并改变辉钼矿的表面润湿性,可显著降低辉钼矿可浮性。当瓜尔豆胶用量为30 mg/L时,即使向浮选体系中加入大量煤油也不能再恢复辉钼矿的可浮性。瓜尔豆胶具有优异的适应性,在广泛的pH值范围内均对辉钼矿有良好的抑制效果,可作为辉钼矿抑制剂实现铜钼矿石分选中铜钼的高效分离。 Guar gum, an environment-friendly molybdenite depressant with high efficiency and low price, was developed and its effect on the floatability of molybdenite and the reaction mechanism therein was investigated. The results show that, as there are abundant oxygen-containing functional groups on its surface, guar gum can be closely adsorbed onto molybdenite, leading to the variation in the surface wettability of molybdenite and declination in its floatability. When the dosage of guar gum is 30 mg/L, the floatability of molybdenite can not be restored even if a large amount of kerosene is added to the flotation system. Guar gum has excellent adaptability, as it can effectively depress molybdenite over a wide pH range. It is concluded that guar gum can be used as a molybdenite depressant for the efficient separation of copper and molybdenum.
