摘要
采用硫酸-双氧水浸出废旧磷酸铁锂动力电池正极材料中的金属锂,研究了浸出体系pH值、双氧水用量、液固比、温度和时间对锂浸出效果的影响。结果表明,在浸出体系pH值1.62、反应温度60℃、液固比10 mL/g、搅拌转速300 r/min条件下,缓慢加入体积分数为6%的双氧水,搅拌浸出120 min,锂浸出率可达97.80%,浸出效果稳定。
The metallic lithium in the cathode material of spent lithium iron phosphate batteries was leached with sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and the effects of pH value of the leaching system, the amount of hydrogen peroxide, the ratio of liquid to solid, as well as the leaching temperature and time on the leaching effect of lithium were investigated. Results show that the leaching reaction with pH of 1.62, liquid-solid ratio at 10 mL/g, at a temperature of 60 ℃, by slowly adding 6% of hydrogen peroxide and stirring at the speed of 300 r/min for 120 min can result in the stable leaching effect, showing the leaching rate of lithium up to 97.80%.
