摘要
近年来,全球平均气温逐年递增,许多地区出现异常的高温天气,高温胁迫是非常重要的非生物胁迫因子之一,对许多经济作物的产量和品质产生巨大的影响,也致使在经济利益上产生巨大的损失.通过对高温胁迫下植物蛋白质组学的研究,可以系统地揭示不同温度条件下植物蛋白质的表达状况,从而深入了解温度胁迫下植物基因表达的调控机制,植物对温度胁迫的响应机制.综述了近年来植物在高温胁迫下的蛋白质组学研究现状以及对未来相关研究的展望,对提高作物抗性,培育耐高温新品种具有重要意义,也为今后植物在高温胁迫下的蛋白质组学研究提供理论基础和重要依据.
In recent years,the global average temperature has been increasing year by year,and abnormal high temperature weather has appeared in many regions.High temperature stress is one of the most important abiotic stress factors,which has a huge impact on the yield and quality of many commercial crops with huge losses in profit.Through the study of plant proteomics under high temperature stress,it is possible to systematically reveal the expression status of plant proteins under different temperature conditions,so as to deeply understand the regulatory mechanism of plant gene expression under temperature stress,and the stress response mechanism of plants to temperature.Reviews the proteomics research status of plants under high temperature stress in recent years and prospect to the future is performed accordingly.This is great significance for improving crop resistance and cultivating new varieties of high temperature tolerance.It is also provides theoretical foundation and important basis for future researching plant protein under high temperature stress.
