响应面法优化油桐粕发酵生产有机肥的条件研究 被引量:5

摘要 以发酵产物中氨基态氮含量作为评价指标,采用单因素试验确定LYT-1、LYT-5和SZ1组合菌种的配比、接种量、油桐粕初始含水率、发酵时间和发酵温度等5个因素对油桐粕发酵效果的影响,结合最陡爬坡试验和响应面分析,获得油桐粕发酵生产有机肥的最优条件为:菌种配比5∶3∶4,接种量38%,油桐粕初始含水率60%,发酵时间10.5 d,发酵温度40℃。以最优条件进行试验验证,发酵产物中氨基态氮含量为44.8 mg·g-1,与模型预测值的差异不显著,所建模型具有较好的预测效果。 Thisstudy used the amino nitrogen content in the fermentation product asan evaluation index,and combined with the steepest climbing test and response surface analysis,in order to obtain the optimal conditionsfor the fermentation of tung oil cake to produce organic fertilizer.The effectsof five factorsincluding strain’sratio,dose of inoculation,initial moisture content,fermentation time and fermentation temperature on the LYT-1,LYT-5 and sZ1 strain in tung meal fermentation were determined by using single factor experiment.The optimal fermentation condition(strain ratio of 5∶3∶4,inoculation dose of 38%,initial moisture content of 60%,fermentation time of 10.5 d and fermentation temperature of 40℃)obtained the highest amino nitrogen content of 4.8 mg·g-1,The resultswere not significantly different from the predicted model.Therefore,the established model had a good predictive effect.
