摘要
目的:对大型游乐设施中滑索钢丝绳进行损伤检测,以确保其安全运行,保证游客人身安全,避免安全事故。方法:采用漏磁检测原理,捕捉滑索上的损伤漏磁场,与滑索机器人配合,实现对滑索的探伤。设计了一种基于漏磁检测技术的钢质滑索探伤装置,以及上位机软件,具有数据收集与损伤判定的功能。结果:确保滑索安全运行,避免滑索定期更换造成的资源浪费。结论:该装置对滑索承载索的断丝定量检测非常有效,可以对断丝损伤进行定量分析,包括断丝根数及断丝位置等,填补滑索无法检测的技术空白。
Aims:In order to ensure the safe operation,the personal safety of tourists and avoid safety accidents,flaw detection was carried out on the strop of large entertaiment facilities.Methods:The magnetic leakage detection principle was adopted to catch the magnetic leakage field on the strop;and the robot was cooperated with the strop to realize flaw detection on the strop.This paper designed a flaw detection device based on magnetic flux leakage detection technology and the software,which had the functions of data collection and damage determination.Results:This device was very effective for the quantitative detection of broken wire of strop,and could conduct the quantitative analysis of broken wire flaw,including the number and the location of broken wire,etc.Conclusions:This technology can fill the technical gap that cannot be detected by the strop to ensure safe operation of the strop and avoid the waste of resources caused by the regular replacement of the strop.
