电针复合乌拉坦麻醉对家兔血小板的影响

The Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Uratan Anesthesia on Platelet in Rabbits

本试验研究电针复合乌拉坦麻醉对家兔血小板的影响,18只健康家兔随机分为单纯电针(A组,电刺激足三里、百会、合谷穴)、乌拉坦(B组)、电针复合乌拉坦(C组)3组,检测麻醉后非手术处理下0、1、24 h及围术期0、1、24、48 h试验家兔外周静脉血血小板的变化,为临床麻醉和疾病治疗提供理论根据。结果表明:在非手术处理的第1 h时C组的血小板总数较A、B组差异显著(P<0.05),在围术期第24、48 h时,C组较B组差异显著(P<0.05);血小板分布宽度在第1 h时B组较C组差异显著(P<0.05);血小板分布宽度在围术期第1 h时B组较C组差异显著(P<0.05);大血小板比率在非手术处理第1 h时A、C组的大血小板比率较B组差异显著(P<0.05),第24 h时A、C组的大血小板比率较B组差异显著(P<0.05),大血小板比率在非手术处理的在第1 h时B组的大血小板比率较C组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:电针刺激足三里、百会、合谷3个穴位可以对血小板的成熟、活性具有一定的调节作用。

The effect of electroacupuncture combined with uratan anesthesia on platelet in rabbits was studied in this experiment.Eighteen healthy rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:simple electroacupuncture(group A,electric stimulation zusanli,Baihui and Hegu acupoint),ulatan(group B)and ulatan combined with electroacupuncture(group C).The changes of peripheral venous blood platelets in rabbits at 0,1,24 h and perioperative 0,1,24,48 h after anesthesia were measured to provide theoretical basis for clinical anesthesia and disease treatment.The results showed that the total platelet count of group C was significantly different from that of Group A and B at 1 h of non-surgical treatment(P<0.05),and the total platelet count of group C was significantly different from that of group B at 24 h and 48 h of perioperative period(P<0.05).At 1 h,the platelet distribution width in group B was significantly different from that in group C(P<0.05).At 1 h of perioperative period,the width of platelet distribution in group B was significantly different from that in group C(P<0.05).The ratio of large platelets in group A and C was significantly different from that of group B at 1 h of non-surgical treatment(P<0.05);the ratio of large platelets in group A and C was significantly different from that of group B at 24 h of non-surgical treatment(P<0.05);the ratio of large platelets in group B at 1 h of non-surgical treatment was significantly different from that of group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:electroacupuncture stimulation of zusanli,baihui and hegu acupuncture points can regulate the maturation and activity of platelets.
