摘要
该文研究枣醋对小鼠血脂及血液流变学的影响,小鼠按体重相近原则分为空白组、高血脂组、枣醋组、辛伐他汀组,试验周期为8周。检测小鼠血液生化指标、血沉、红细胞比容、全血粘度、血浆粘度和全血还原粘度。与空白组相比,高血脂组小鼠TC、TG、LDL极显著升高(P<0.01),HDL极显著降低(P<0.01)。与高脂组相比,枣醋组TC、LDL-C显著降低(P<0.05),TG差异不显著,HDL-C极显著升高(P<0.01)。与空白组相比,高血脂组血沉、红细胞比容、全血粘度和血浆粘度显著升高(P<0.05),枣醋组全血粘度高切值、全血粘度中切值显著低于高脂组(P<0.05)。枣醋具有降血脂及改善血液流变学的功能。
The effects of Jujube vinegar on blood lipid and hemorheology in mice were studied.According to the principle of similar body weight,mice were divided into four groups:blank group hyperlipidemia group,jujube vinegar group and simvastatin group,fed for 8 weeks.We measured the blood biochemical indexes、the esr、hematocrit、whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity of mice.Compared with the blank group,TC,TG,LDL in hyperlipidemia group were significantly increased(P<0.01),HDL was significantly decreased(P<0.01),TC,LDL-c in jujube vinegar group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),TG had no significant difference,HDL-C was significantly higher(P<0.01).Compared with blank group,Esr,Hematocrit,whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in hyperlipidemia group were significantly increased(P<0.05),The whole blood viscosity high cut value and whole blood viscosity middle cut value of Jujube vinegar group were significantly lower than those of hyperlipidemia group(P<0.05).Jujube vinegar has the function of reducing blood fat and improving hemorheology.
