摘要
牙克石林缘草甸草原为主,东北鼢鼠鼠害分布面积较大,灾害严重。通过对当地近10年东北鼢鼠鼠害的实际发生情况进行详细调查,鼠害覆盖面积约200 km^2,严重影响草场牧草产量与质量,初步估算每年牧草效益损失约1350万元。因此,要加强对草场鼢鼠的防控,保护草原生态环境。本试验通过对常见的物理防治方法和学防治方法的防治效果进行对比分析,分别设置使用鼠夹捕鼠及使用灭鼠药溴敌隆用胡萝卜条制成毒饵2种试验设计,在投饵方式上进行试验硏究。试验结果表明2种试验设计都能对东北鼢鼠有效防治,但插洞扩洞投药、开洞铲开洞投药法比较鼠夹捕鼠耗费工时节约50%以上,适合较大面积的鼢鼠鼠害防治。
Yakeshi forest marginal meadow grassland is dominated.Northeast zokor has a large distribution area and serious disasters.A detailed investigation on the actual occurrence of rodent damage in the northeast zokor in the past ten years shows that the rodent damage covers an area of more than 200 km^2,which seriously affects the yield and quality of pasture grass.Preliminary estimates indicate that the annual loss of forage benefits is about 13.5 million yuan.Therefore,we must strengthen the prevention and control of grassland zokor and protect the grassland ecological environment.This experiment compares and analyzes the control effects of common physical control methods and scientific control methods,and sets up two experimental designs:using rat traps to trap rats and using the rodenticide bromadiolone to make poison baits with carrot sticks.A trial study was conducted on the above.The test results show that the two experimental designs can effectively control the northeastern zokor,but the method of inserting and expanding the hole and opening the hole and shoveling and opening the hole can save more than 50%of the time required for trapping and trapping.It is suitable for the prevention and control of zokor rodents in a larger area.
