摘要
生猪养殖行业作为我国畜牧养殖行业的重要组成部分,在其中扮演十分重要的角色。保证消费者能吃上放心肉,确保生猪养殖业健康发展,需要做好生猪屠宰检疫工作,这是生猪上市销售的最后一个环节,也是十分关键的环节,能有效降低致病原扩散蔓延,切断致病原传播途径,及时发现疫病,并将病情扼杀在萌芽阶段。但现阶段生猪屠宰检疫工作还面临不少突出问题,针对这些问题需要进行认真细致的分析,构建完善的管理机制,明确责任,确保生猪屠宰检疫工作能顺利开展,保证猪肉品质,维护消费者的身心健康。该文主要结合实际工作经验,分析生猪屠宰检疫中的问题和解决措施。
