动物疫病监测是为了保证动物、动物产品符合国家规定的动物防疫标准,由法定的机构和人员,依照法定的检验方法和标准,对动物、动物产品及有关物品,符合国家动物防疫标准和要求的情况进行定期或不定期检查、测试和处理的一种技术行政措施,是目前动物疫病防控诊断的重要技术手段,也是动物疫病防控中的重要工作。该文主要论述动物疫病监测在动物疫病预防中的作用,提出具体的动物疫病监测工作措施。

Animal epidemic disease surveillance is to ensure that animals and animal products conform to the animal epidemic prevention standards set by the state,and that the legal institutions and personnel,in accordance with the legal inspection methods and standards,conduct animal,animal products and related articles,a technical administrative measure for regular or irregular inspection,testing and handling of cases that meet the national animal epidemic prevention standards and requirements is an important technical means for the prevention,control and diagnosis of animal epidemics at present,it is also an important work in animal disease prevention and control.This paper mainly discusses the role of animal epidemic disease surveillance in animal epidemic disease prevention,and puts forward specific measures for animal epidemic disease surveillance.
