摘要 目的研究对急性脑梗死患者联合运用鼠神经生长因子(NGF)与丁苯酞的临床疗效以及血清中相关因子的变化情况,为急性脑梗死的治疗提供依据。方法选取2018年1月~2019年6月收治的86例脑梗死患者作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法进行分组,两组均施以常规基础治疗,对照组43例患者采用丁苯酞治疗,试验组43例在对照组的基础上联合NGF用药,评估两种治疗措施的临床疗效,血清中髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、单核细胞趋化激活因子(MCAF)表达水平变化的情况。结果治疗后试验组患者ADL及NIHSS评分、总有效率、MBP、NSE及MCAF水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者联合运用NGF与丁苯酞治疗,可显著改善其血清中MBP、NSE及MCAF等指标的表达水平,促进其神经功能与日常生活能力恢复,对疗效提升具有重要意义。 Objective To study the clinical effect of combined use of mouse nerve growth factor(NGF)and butylphthalide in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the changes of related factors in plasma,so as to provide basis for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.Grouped according to the random number table method,both groups were given conventional basic treatment,and 43 patients were selected for treatment with butylphthalide(control group),and another 43 patients were treated with NGF on the basis of the control group(test group).To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two treatments,the changes of plasma myelin basic protein(MBP),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),and monocyte chemotactic activation factor(MCAF)expression levels.Results After treatment,in the test group,the patients’ADL and NIHSS scores,total effective rate,MBP,NSE and MCAF levels were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of mouse nerve growth factor and butylphthalide in patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the expression levels of MBP,NSE and MCAF in serum,and promote the recovery of neural function and daily living ability.Promotion is of great significance.
