微生态制剂在婴幼儿湿疹治疗中的应用研究

摘要 目的分析在婴幼儿湿疹治疗中应用微生态制剂的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月~2020年8月门诊诊治的40例婴幼儿湿疹患儿作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分组,对照组患儿仅接受中药煎液外洗治疗,研究组患儿在对照组患儿的治疗基础上接受微生态制剂(双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊)治疗,对比分析两组患儿治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组EASI评分、瘙痒评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计意义(P> 0.05)。结论在婴幼儿湿疹治疗中,微生态制剂的应用可有效控制病情,减轻临床症状,具备较高的安全性,可以避免疾病复发。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of probiotics in the treatment of infant eczema.Methods Selection in April 2019 to August 2020 in our clinic diagnosis and treatment of 40 cases of children with infant eczema as the research object,according to the different methods divided to two groups.The control group only accept children outside the Chinese medicine decoction treatment,the treatment group receive probiotics(bifidobacterium triple viable capsules)treatment on the basis of the control group,to compare and analyze the treatment effect in two groups of children.Results After treatment,EASI score and itch score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of infant eczema,the application of probiotics can effectively control the disease,reduce the clinical symptoms,have a higher safety,can avoid the recurrence of the disease.
