坦索罗辛联合心理行为干预治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎临床观察

Tamsulosin with psychological behavior intervention therapyⅢprostatitis clinical observation

目的分析坦索罗辛联合心理行为干预治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年1月~2020年1月收诊的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者120例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者进行基础治疗和心理行为干预,观察组患者进行坦索罗辛联合心理行为干预治疗。比较两组患者前列炎临床症状、前列腺液白细胞计数(WBC)、临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者NIH-CPSI、OABSS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组患者NIH-CPSI、OABSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者WBC在治疗后较对照组降低(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后WBC低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床总有效率高于对照组。两组患者临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坦索罗辛联合心理行为干预治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎能明显改善患者临床症状,提升疗效,减少不良反应。

Objective To analyze tamsulosin with psychological behavior intervention therapyⅢprostatitis clinical curative effect.Methods 120 patients with clinical typeⅢprostatitis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by random number table methods.Control group(n=60)received psychological intervention,while observation group(n=60)received tamsulosin and psychological intervention.Patients in the control group received basic treatment and psychological behavior intervention,while patients in the observation group received tamsulosin combined with psychological behavior intervention treatment.The clinical symptoms,white blood cell count(WBC),clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of prostatitis were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,NIH-CPSI and OABSS scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and NIH-CPSI and OABSS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,WBC in both groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and WBC in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tamsulosin with psychological behavior intervention therapy in typeⅢpatients with prostatitis can obviously improve clinical symptoms,improve curative effect,reduce adverse reactions.
