基于《血证论》浅谈支气管扩张合并咯血论治

Discussion on the treatment of bronchiectasis combined with hemoptysis based on the theory of Blood Syndrome

支气管扩张临床上易出现咯血之症,中医药在防治支气管扩张合并咯血方面有一定的优势。该文基于《血证论》出发,认为支气管扩张合并咯血的关键在于痰、火、瘀,缓解期以补虚为要,治疗上应衷中参西,病症结合,以止血、理气化痰、消瘀补虚为主要治疗原则,随症加减,丰富了中医治疗支气管扩展合并咯血的诊疗思路。

Bronchiectasis is prone to hemoptysis in clinic.Traditional Chinese Medicine has certain advantages in the prevention and treatment of bronchiectasis complicated with hemoptysis.Based on the theory of blood syndrome,this paper holds that the key to bronchiectasis complicated with hemoptysis is phlegm,fire and blood stasis.In the remission stage,it is important to tonify the deficiency.The treatment should focus on the Chinese and Western medicine.The main treatment principles are hemostasis,regulating qi to dissipate phlegm,removing blood stasis and tonifying deficiency.It enriches the thinking of diagnosis and treatment of bronchiectasis complicated with hemoptysis.
