基于数据共享平台的业务流程优化再造

Operation Flowoptimization and Reengineering Based on Data Sharing Platform

在信息化时代,各类信息系统为人们提供了良好的业务流程服务,随着统一身份认证、数据共享交换、统一门户三大平台的引入,原有信息系统的业务流程已经无法满足需求.因此,对原有业务流程进行优化再造势在必行。本文基于用户服务理念,以一表式数据填报为例,贯通多个业务系统的底层数据,实现业务流程的优化再造,同时提出了一些流程优化再造的思路。

In the information age,various information systems provide us with good business process services.With the introduction of unified identity authentication,data sharing and exchange,and unified portal,the business process of the original information system has been unable to meet the needs,and the user experience has not been improved.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and rebuild the original business process.Based on the concept of user service,this paper takes one table data filling as an example to realize the optimization and reengineering of business process by connecting the underlying data of multiple business systems.At the same time,some ideas of process optimization and reengineering are put forward.
