摘要
静态储粮占整个储粮周期的主要时间段,外界环境温度变化是影响静态储粮温度的主要因素。利用COMSOL数值模拟软件,建立静态储粮的高大平房仓三维物理模型,研究在静态储藏条件下稻谷粮堆1年内的温度变化,并与实测数据进行对比。结果表明:仓内粮堆温度变化随外界环境温度的改变较为明显,并表现出季节性变化趋势;当平房仓外界环境温度经过由低到高再到低的变化后,在距粮仓壁面1~3 m处,粮堆产生明显的相对高温区;高大平房仓1年内稻谷粮堆整体平均温度模拟与实测结果变化趋势基本一致,粮堆温度实测值略高于模拟值,最大误差为0.91℃。研究结果可为仓储通风系统优化设计提供参考。
Static storage of grain accounts for the main part of the whole grain storage cycle,and the external environmental temperature change is the main factor affecting the temperature of static grain storage. The COMSOL numerical simulation software was used to establish a 3 D physical model of a large horizontal warehouse for static grain storage and further study the temperature change of paddy grain pile in the warehouse within one year under static storage,the simulated data was compared with the measured data. The results showed that the grain temperature in the warehouse changed significantly with the external environment temperature and showed the seasonal change trend;when the ambient temperature of the warehouse increased and then decreased,the grain pile produced a relatively high temperature zone,at about 1 to 3 meters away from the wall of the warehouse. In comparison with the measured results,the average temperature change of the whole grain pile within one year was basically similar. The measured value of the grain temperature was slightly higher than the simulated value,and the maximum error was 0. 91 ℃ . The research results can provide references for the optimal design research of the storage ventilation system.
