摘要
职业教育研究具有自身特有的理论基础和技术工具。开展职业教育研究,要破译隐藏在职业实践中的知识和技能。赵志群教授认为职业是职业教育产生与发展的逻辑起点,是人类社会组织的一种重要方式。职业教育研究要以“职业”方式开展,明确职业与专业的关系,厘清职业能力与职业技能的区别。同时,需要利用COMET能力模型与测评模型对职业能力开展量化研究。而作为职业教育基准科学的职业学包含职业工作的实施过程与实用知识的获取过程,注重培养学习者基于工作过程的从业能力。基于上述分析得出职业教育研究具有很强的跨学科性质,职业教育研究方法是“准科学”的方法。
Vocational education research has a unique theoretical basis and technical tools.It is necessary to explore the knowledge and skills beneath vocational practice to carry out vocational education research.Professor Zhao Zhiqun believes that vocation is the logical starting point for vocational education and an important way of human social organization.Vocational education research should be carried out in an"occupational"manner,clarify the relationship between occupation and specialty,and the difference between professional competence and occupation skills.At the same time,it is necessary to use the COMET competency model and evaluation model to conduct quantitative research on professional competence.As the benchmark science of vocational education,vocational discipline includes the implementation of vocational work and the acquisition process of practical knowledge,focusing on cultivating learners'working ability based on the working process.Therefore,vocational education research has a strong interdisciplinary nature,and the research method of vocational education is"quasi-scientific".
