近十年我国职业教育研究发展状况评析——基于博士学位论文的定量分析

Review on the Development of Vocational Education Research in China in Recent Ten Years——Quantitative Analysis Based on Doctoral Dissertation

近十年,我国职业教育获得了长足发展,学术研究领域成果大量产出。博士学位论文是学科发展的缩影,也能折射出我国高层次学术人才的研究水平,以157篇职业教育博士学位论文作为研究样本,采用内容分析法研究发现,我国职业教育博士学位论文呈现如下演变趋势:研究视野愈加开阔,研究主题不断延展,研究内容日益丰富;论文内容具有鲜明的时代性、政策性特征,研究主题与时俱进;定性研究与混合研究方法占据主导位置,研究方法趋向多元化。但是论文选题、研究方法等方面仍然存在一定的问题,研究主题存在盲点及弱点;集中于宏观问题及理论研究;研究方法比较单一。这就需要博士加强研究问题意识和实应性应用研究,增加跨学科多元研究方法等。

China's vocational education has made significant progress,with many academic research achievements in recent ten years.The doctoral dissertation is the epitome of the development of the discipline,and can also reflect the research level of high-level academic talents in China.Taking 157 doctoral dissertations of vocational education as the research sample and using content analysis,this paper found that the doctoral dissertations of vocational education in China present the following trends:the research horizons are expanding,research topics are continuously extended,and research content is increasingly enriched.And the content of the doctoral dissertation has distinct characteristics of the times and policies,and the research theme keeps pace with the times.Qualitative research and mixed research methods occupy the dominant position,and research methods tend to be diversified.However,there are still certain problems in the topic selection and research methods of the thesis,and the research topics have blind spots and weaknesses;focus on macroscopic issues and theoretical research;research methods are relatively simple.This requires strengthening the research issues awareness,and substantive applied research,and increasing interdisciplinary and multiple research methods.
